On September 17, dancer Leejung’s Instagram account was bombarded with comments from fans demanding clarification. Many urged her to directly address speculation that she and V are in a romantic relationship.
The rumors stemmed from their recent appearance together at the 2025 Tyler, The Creator concert held at KINTEX in Ilsan. Videos circulating on TikTok and other platforms show the two looking at each other, before quickly turning away once they noticed people recognizing them.
“Explain the dating rumors with V,” wrote several fans, while others expressed support or opposition to the idea of the pair being romantically involved. The comment section has since become divided between those demanding answers, those voicing approval, and others calling for restraint, urging netizens to avoid baseless speculation.
Some online users argued that V may have been interacting with another BigHit Music artist, James of Cortis, instead of Leejung, questioning whether the rumors had any factual basis.
The situation has particularly drawn attention from members of BTS’s fandom ARMY as well as BLACKPINK’s fandom BLINK, with fans from both sides leaving direct comments on Leejung’s posts.
Leejung, who rose to stardom through Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter series, previously collaborated with V for a couple dance challenge shortly after his military discharge in June. At the time, she praised him, saying, “We are connected through dance.”
As of now, neither V nor Leejung has released an official statement regarding the dating rumors.
