Amidst music revenue controversy, Lee Seung Gi returns to variety shows through “Master in the House 2”

While his conflict with HOOK Entertainment is ongoing, Lee Seung Gi continues to carry out broadcasting activities as scheduled.

YTN Star reported that Lee Seung Gi would be joining the first filming of SBS’s entertainment program “Master in the House Season 2”. According to some officials, Lee Seung Gi plans to participate in the program as scheduled.

Earlier, Lee Seung Gi made headlines when he sent a content certification to HOOK demanding the disclosure of his music revenue details. Lee Seung Gi is estimated to have made a total of 9.6 billion won in profits with 27 albums over the past 18 years since the release of his debut song “Because You’re My Woman” in 2004. However, the actor claimed that he received 0 won from HOOK, sparking controversy. As guitarist Lee Byung Ho revealed that Lee Seung Gi cried a lot due to the settlement issue, fans are deeply saddened and worried.

In the meantime, Lee Seung Gi drew attention by showing a bold appearance amidst controversies. Viewers are raising expectations for more laughter from “Master in the House” team members, who have been together for a long time, in the new season.

“Master in the House”, which aired for the first time in 2017, ended its first season in September after five years of broadcasting.
