Lee Jun-ho and Kim Tae-ri received TikTok Popularity Award at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards

Actors Lee Jun-ho and actress Kim Tae-ri were announced as the winners of the TikTok Popularity Award.

On the evening of May 6th, the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards was held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do. The awards ceremony was broadcast live on JTBC, JTBC2, JTBC4, TikTok and hosted by Shin Dong-yeop, actor Park Bo-gum and actress Suzy.


Actor Lee Jun-ho and actress Kim Tae-ri won the TikTok Popularity Award by gaining 1.01 million votes and 750,000 votes, respectively.


Lee Jun-ho took the stage and shared his thoughts, saying, “I heard fans had spent days and nights voting to give me this award and send me their huge love. It’s my first time receiving such an award and I would like to thank everyone who had spared their time to vote for me. I also want to thank the audience who love ‘The Red Sleeve’ and me as 2PM’s Junho. This award is so heavy. I will try to become a better person”.


Kim Tae-ri also shared, “My heart has been pounding since before I appeared on the Red Carpet. I was told about the voting system and I know that fans had fought like a war. Thank you everyone for working hard to vote for me. ‘Twenty-five Twenty-one’ is a meaningful work to me, and I don’t know how to express my feelings about it in words. I want to thank Na Hee-do and this drama for making me a better actress”.
