On April 24, a video was uploaded to the YouTube channel Channel 15ya, showing Lee Hyori visiting the headquarters of Egg Is Coming, where PD Na Young-seok works. In the video, she appeared as a one-day yoga instructor.

During a Q&A session after the yoga class, an employee from Egg Is Coming shyly asked, “What does it feel like to live as superstar Lee Hyori in Korea?” Lee Hyori responded, “I don’t think I’ve really thought about it before,” as she began her answer.

She continued, “It all passed by in a blur, but I think I was quite arrogant. People around me also made me that way. They would say, ‘Just sit there, don’t do anything,’ so I started to think that was natural—that it was okay for me to act like that.”

While she admitted that period was fun and exciting, she also shared a deeper reflection: “But for people who’ve experienced that kind of life, there’s a strong sense of loss when it’s gone later.”

She added humor to the moment by telling the employee, “Isn’t it better to just live a steady life without all that?” drawing laughter from those present.

Listening beside her, Na Young-seok commented, “That’s such a unique path. You were at the very top, and then you went to Jeju Island for over a decade,” highlighting her unconventional life journey.

Meanwhile, Lee Hyori wrapped up her 10-year life in Jeju and is now living in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno District, Seoul. Last year, she opened a yoga studio and has been actively teaching classes, gaining significant attention.

She also recently appeared on SBS’s dating program for young adults with developmental disabilities, “My Heart is Soft – Monggeul Counseling Center,” and has confirmed her role as an MC for JTBC’s “Love War.”
