On December 2, Lee Dong Gun shared photos from the special event on his social media. Standing beside his parents in a wedding hall adorned with white flowers, he flashed a warm smile yet fans quickly noticed Roa’s absence, commenting, “Looks like Roa didn’t attend.”
Earlier, Lee Dong Gun revealed the preparation process for the event on SBS’s My Little Old Boy. At the wedding boutique, he asked his parents if they remembered their original ceremony. His father reminisced, “We had it in Jongno 2-ga,” pulling out a photo from 46 years ago, while his mother fondly recalled wearing a similar wedding dress.
During the remind wedding itself, his father added another emotional moment by gifting his wife a gold bracelet, calling it a “real present.” Observing the scene, Seo Jang Hoon commented humorously, “Your father looked so stiff earlier, but now his whole expression has changed.”
Lee Dong Gun married actress Jo Yoon Hee in 2017, and the couple had one daughter, Roa, before divorcing in 2020. Since then, he has been raising her while living alone.
