Actor Lee Chun-hee and Jeon Hye-jin’s romance began on the set of SBS’s Smile, You. At the time, they only saw each other as colleagues, with Jeon Hye-jin even calling Lee “ajusshi” (uncle) on set, showing there were no romantic sparks initially.
