In the early morning hours of October 28, Lee Chae Young responded to a wave of fan questions via her social media. Apologizing for the delayed replies, she explained, “Sorry, I just got home. It’s not that I was ignoring questions I’ve just been so exhausted that even my sleeping hours are divided.”
When asked directly about rumors of her marriage next year, Lee stated clearly: “I’m not getting married in 2026. I don’t even have the man’s contact information. I heard the rumors that started from the Busan International Film Festival, but they’re not true.”

To another follower, she added, “It’s a sensitive topic to discuss, so I’ll greet everyone with results when the time comes.”
When asked about taking a break or traveling, she confessed, “It’s a stressful time, and I feel like my brain is melting. Maybe a trip to a hot spring in Japan would help?”
Earlier this year in February, Lee opened up about personal health challenges, sharing, “I overworked myself in 2023, which took a toll on both my body and mind. That’s why I left the show Kick a Goal and took some time for myself.” She emphasized the importance of “health and happiness” as life’s priorities, urging fans to “take care of their mental well-being above all.”

Lee Chae Young made her acting debut in 2007 with the drama Witch Yoo Hee and has since starred in numerous dramas including Find My Son, Sam Man Ri, Wife Returns, The Birth of a Family, and most recently, Family: The Unbreakable Bond. She stepped down from the SBS variety show Kick a Goal in early 2024.
