LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae’s Treatment to Staff Member Draws Mixed Reaction

On September 1st, a topic about LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae was published on the Korean forum Pann Nate and quickly went viral with over 192,000 views as of the morning on September 2nd.

In particular, the topic attached a photo published by a staff member who worked with LE SSERAFIM, showing off their Stanley tumbler.

The Stanley in question was signed by Eunchae, and a sticker with Eunchae’s face, used to promote LE SSERAFIM’s latest release, “Crazy”, was also stuck on it.

In addition, the staff member added the caption, “My Stanley was taken over in the blink of an eye. I’m happy, Eunchae-ah”, suggesting that it was Eunchae herself that “decorated” the Stanley.

Upon seeing this topic, many netizens got angry, accusing Eunchae of “ruining” the tumbler of an employee. However, many still defend the female idol, pointing out that the employee did not seem to mind.

Below are some comments from netizens:

  • So she didn’t give the staff member that Stanley as a present but just put a promotional sticker on somebody else’ tumbler and signed it?
  • It may be different for everyone, but Hong Eun-chae aside, I would feel a little annoyed if someone wrote or stuck something on my stuff when I wasn’t looking, especially if it wasn’t something that could be erased…
  • People say the staff member can just peel off the sticker, but will it be possible to erase the signature???
  • She really thinks she’s something huh?? Who the hell is she to ruin a Stanley like that?? If someone put a big sticker with their face on my stuff and even signed it, I’d be really pissed
  • And yet when NewJeans put aespa’s sticker on the HYBE elevator, everyone got really upset
  • The staff members themselves seem to find no issue, so why are you guys making a fuss??
