LE SSERAFIM’s Agency Sues Min Hee Jin for Defamation

Source Music, the agency of the group LE SSERAFIM, has filed a lawsuit for damages against Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR.

Source Music has identified three main issues with Min Hee Jin’s recent statements:

  1. Min Hee Jin claimed that she personally selected the members of NewJeans.
  2. She stated that HYBE unilaterally broke its promise to debut NewJeans as the first girl group under the company.
  3. Min Hee Jin accused Source Music of neglecting the members of NewJeans.

Source Music believes that Min Hee Jin’s statements have caused rumors about LE SSERAFIM being a “specially favored girl group,” which has severely harmed the group, leading to serious malicious comments.

Sources indicate that Source Music has gathered evidence against Min Hee Jin’s statements and submitted it along with the lawsuit.
