On August 23, MBC’s variety show Omniscient Interfering View released a preview video titled “Landlord Kwon Eun-bi?! Managers Living in Eun-bi’s Building.”
In the video, Kwon Eun-bi was working at her café when she called a manager to come help test a new menu item. To the MCs’ surprise, the manager appeared from upstairs — revealing that he was actually living in Kwon Eun-bi’s building.
The manager explained, “Eun-bi offered me a room here for much cheaper than the market price. She said she wanted me to save money and at least have a comfortable place to sleep. At first, I felt bad and declined, but now I love it. I don’t want to move out.”

Currently, two of Kwon Eun-bi’s managers live in the building — one on the first floor and another in the rooftop room, while a regular tenant occupies the second floor. Eun-bi said, “They work much harder than me and are just starting out in society. I wanted to help relieve some of their burdens, so I offered the rooms. I told them not to worry about feeling guilty, but just to live comfortably.”
When asked whether she would still allow them to stay even if they moved on to work with other celebrities, Eun-bi responded, “I already told them they can stay as long as they want. We agreed on a fair, minimal rent that wouldn’t burden them. I even signed a two-year contract with them.”

The act of kindness has been praised online, showing Eun-bi’s caring side not just as an artist but also as a mentor.
It was previously reported that in March 2024, Kwon Eun-bi purchased a detached house in Seongdong-gu, Seoul for ₩2.4 billion (approx. $1.7 million USD).
