Kpop fans rejoiced as notorious YouTube channel “Sojang” got hacked

YouTube channel “Sojang”, which is known for spreading various malicious rumors about Kpop idols, was hacked.

On June 23rd, the YouTube channel “Sojang” suddenly changed its name. In particular, similar to many previous cases of YouTube channels being hacked, “Sojang” was changed into “TeslaLive”, with all of its videos becoming inaccessible.

“Sojang” is a notorious YouTube channel, which is known for spreading malicious rumors about various Kpop idols. In particular, the channel would edit videos to spread groundless information about idols’ attitude, dating rumors, text messages, and so on.

Due to Sojang’s popularity and maliciousness, various entertainment companies have threatened to sue the channel owner, but they never ceded, even producing more and more clickbait videos at a rapid pace.

In fact, even BTS V tried to sue “Sojang” after it baselessly accused him of fighting while drunk, but to no avail.

Now that “Sojang” has been hacked, Kpop fans have been celebrating. They even said that the hacker deserves a “national certificate” for being able to take down such a shameless channel.

On the other hand, it is unknown whether “Sojang” will be able to return in the future.
