On August 14th, DongA Ilbo released a CCTV video showing Suga riding his scooter on the sidewalk.
According to reports, at around 11:10 p.m. on August 6th, Suga rode his scooter and fell after turning left in front of the main gate of complex building Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Suga rode past three police officers then lost balance and fell down.
The police approached Suga while he was getting up and picking up his helmet to help him. In the process, they noticed that Suga was drunk so they decided to conduct a breathalyzer test. As a result, Suga’s blood alcohol concentration was measured at 0,227%, which was high enough for a license revocation.
According to the police, Suga had dinner and drank with some friends at a restaurant near Hannam intersection at 9 p.m. After that, they went to a studio nearby to drink alcohol.
At around 11 p.m., Suga returned home by an electric scooter in the studio. The studio is known to be 500 meters away from Nine One Hannam.
In addition, Dong-A Ilbo also confirmed that the person in the drunk driving CCTV reported by some media outlets on the evening of August 13th was not Suga.
