“Korea-Khitan War” Ji Seung-hyun & “Mask Girl” Han Jae-yi Cast In Jang Na-ra’s New Drama “Good Partner”
SBS’s “Good Partner” is a hot & cold legal office drama about star lawyer Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Na-ra) and new lawyer Han Yu-ri (Nam ji-hyun). Capturing the “realistic” and “direct” moments of dilemmas that unfold when people face unexpected separations in their lives, the story is about divorce lawyers striving to make the best choice in the balance game of life.
Famous divorce lawyer Choi Yuna wrote the script and joined hands with director Kim Ga-ram of “Nevertheless” and “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” to create the drama, raising viewers’ expectations.
“Good Partner” also drew attention as the next project of Ji Seung-hyun, who recently received favorable reviews for his role in “Korea–Khitan War”. The actor will take on the role of Cha Eun-kyung’s husband Kim Ji-sang, and showcase a new image. Law firm Daejeong’s medical consultant Kim Ji-sang devotes himself to the dream of his wife Cha Eun-kyung and their happy family. However, a crisis occurs causing his marriage to begin to shake.

The reason I chose ‘Good Partner’ was that I thought I could show a completely new acting transformation from what I showed in ‘Korea–Khitan War’. I hope you look forward to my performance”
Han Jae-yi, who emerged as a rising star after proving her presence in “Mask Girl”, will become Choi Sa-ra, who has been working as Cha Eun-kyung’s secretary for 10 years.
Starting as a secretary who assists Cha Eun-kyung with legal documents, Choi Sa-ra climbs up to the Head of Department position and receives recognition from the cold-hearted lawyer Cha Eun-kyung. Taking her admiration and jealousy as the driving force, Choi Sa-ra moves towards her goals and faces drastic changes.
Anticipation is high for Han Jae-yi to put on a new mask as Choi Sa-ra and captivate viewers. The actress said, “I’m happy to be able to join ‘Good Partner’ team. Please show a lot of love for my performance as Choi Sa-ra”.
Meanwhile, “Good Partner” has been scheduled to air within 2024.
