“King the Land” unveils behind video of Lee Jun Ho & Im Yoon Ah’s late-night date at amusement park
Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ah spent a fun amusement park date like a real couple during the filming of “King the Land”.
On August 1st, the Youtube channel “JTBC drama” uploaded a new “King the Land” making video titled “What happens when you rent an entire amusement park. Thrilling amusement park date”.
That day, Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ah visited the amusement park to film the late-night date scene. Appearing in school uniforms, the two took a commemorative photo in front of the merry-go-round. Seeing the scene, the production staff showed admiration for their visuals, saying “So cute”.
Shooting the scene where they meet at an amusement park and walk in a romantic mood, the two burst into laughter while monitoring the scene again. In particular, Lee Jun Ho exclaimed, “I couldn’t do anything to manage my expression”, in the scene where his character Goo Won waves his shirt and smiles uncontrollably in front of Cheon Sa Rang (Im Yoon Ah).
There was also a sudden dance battle. Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ah showed off their dancing skills, reminiscent of the past days when they were active with 2PM and Girls’ Generation. During the process, the scene of Goo Won and Cheon Sa Rang doing hand signs also drew attention.
Before shooting the merry-go-round scene, Lee Jun Ho suggested they take a merry-go-round ride, saying “There’s a fun way to ride it”, then spun his school uniform jacket. In response, Im Yoon Ah reacted, “Let’s ride it normally in the beginning and end it like that”.
Goo Won and Cheon Sa Rang then rode the Viking together. While rehearsing for the Viking scene, the two told the staff, “Hurry up and get on. Don’t film anything. At times like this, you just need to enjoy it. It’s okay”. While capturing the staff playing the Viking excitedly, Im Yoon Ah exclaimed, “They’re so cute”.
Meanwhile, “King the Land”, starring Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ah, airs every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 p.m. According to Nielsen Korea, episode 14, which was released on July 30th, recorded a nationwide rating of 10.7% and 11% in the Seoul area with the highest real-time peak of 12.6%.
