Kim Tae-ri’s New Drama “Jeong Nyeon” Will Air This October
tvN plans to broadcast “Jeong Nyeon”, which is considered the most anticipated drama of 2024, in October
According to broadcasting insiders on February 28th, tvN’s upcoming drama “Jeong Nyeon” has been scheduled to air in October.
tvN official said, “Currently, it is highly likely that ‘Jeong Nyeon’ will premiere in October. However, it is burdensome to confirm the schedule because changes often occur and there is still a considerable amount of time until then”.
Based on a Naver Webtoon of the same name, “Jeong Nyeon” depicts the entry and growth of Jeong-nyeon (Kim Tae-ri) born with a talent for singing after the Korean War in the 1950s.
Drama fans are raising high expectations for “Jeong Nyeon” because it’s Kim Tae-ri’s comeback project after winning Daesang at the SBS Drama Awards with “Revenant” (2023). Also, the drama also stars a splendid cast lineup of trustworthy actresses who have already gained recognition for their acting skills such as Ra Mi-ran, Moon So-ri, Jung Eun-chae, Shin Ye-eun, Kim Hye-yoon, Jung Lael, etc.
Meanwhile, “Jung Nyeon” has not completed filming yet.
