Kim Soo-hyun Revealed He Became Best Friend With Jung Hae-in Through Golf
Kim Soo-hyun recalled the first time he met Jung Hae-in, who is now his close friend.
The latest episode of the web variety show “Salon Drip 2” released on March 19 featured guests Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Ji-won, and Park Sung-hoon, the main cast of tvN’s drama “Queen of Tears.”
In this episode, Kim Soo-hyun showed off his warm friendship with his friend Jung Hae-in, who was also born in 1988. He mentioned sending a coffee truck to the set of Jung’s drama, saying, “If we both have time, we also go play golf and drink together.”
Kim Soo-hyun has actually never acted with Jung Hae-in in a production. He recalled the first time they met when the host asked, “How did you get close?” Kim revealed he met Jung at the set when he visited the set of the drama ‘D.P.’ last year to cheer for his agency’s rookie actor.
Kim Soo-hyun said, “We were talking awkwardly because both of us are shy, but the director who passed by told us to become friends as we are the same age, so we exchanged phone numbers. Two days later, Hae-in contacted me first and we went to the golf course. I had a lot of questions to him because I was not good at golf.” He shared, “We got close through golf.”
