On the April 5 broadcast of TV CHOSUN’s “Heo Young Man’s Food Travel,” Kim Min Joon appeared as a guest and embarked on a culinary trip to Goseong, Gangwon Province.

During the show, Kim Min Joon, who is currently raising a son, shared, “I’m married and now 50 years old. If my wife agrees, we’re thinking about having a second child,” revealing his thoughts on expanding his family.

The actor gained public attention after marrying fashion entrepreneur Kwon Da Mi—known as G-Dragon’s older sister—in 2019.

Recalling how he met his wife, Kim Min Joon explained, “I happened to visit a close friend’s house, and my wife’s friend lived nearby. That’s how we met naturally. We didn’t date for long,” adding that they got married after just four months of dating.

Host Heo Young Man brought up G-Dragon, saying, “I heard your brother-in-law is very famous,” before asking, “He must adore his nephew, right?”

Kim Min Joon agreed, confirming that G-Dragon is indeed very affectionate toward his nephew. Heo Young Man jokingly added, “Of course he does. He doesn’t know the struggles of parenting,” drawing laughter.

Speaking about G-Dragon’s love for his nephew, Kim Min Joon shared, “There are a lot of props used during music video shoots. My child actually received one of them as a gift from his uncle. When we posted it on social media, people recognized it as a car from the music video, and it even made the news,” expressing pride.

He also candidly revealed the challenges of having a world-famous brother-in-law. “I always dreamed of having a younger brother-in-law—someone I could give pocket money to, especially if he was younger or going to the military. You know, saying ‘Don’t tell your sister I gave this to you,’ and hearing ‘Thank you, brother-in-law.’ But that’s not possible in my case,” he said humorously.

He continued, “With a global star as my brother-in-law, I wonder how much I should even give. I’ve kind of become an intimidated brother-in-law,” honestly sharing his feelings and bringing laughter to the “Heo Young Man’s Food Travel.”
