Comedy duo-turned-power couple Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min have officially tied the knot! On July 13, the two beloved entertainers celebrated their wedding at the Grand InterContinental Parnas Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, surrounded by over 1,200 guests, including a who’s who of Korea’s entertainment industry.
The lavish ceremony was hosted by TV personality Lee Sang-min, a close friend and co-star from SBS hits like My Little Old Boy and Dolsing Fourmen. The musical atmosphere was elevated with congratulatory performances from renowned singers Gummy and Byun Jin-sub.
Despite the glitz, the bride confessed to feeling overwhelmed. In a recent appearance on MBC FM4U’s 2 O’Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi, Kim Ji-min candidly admitted, “Even though the wedding is this week, it still doesn’t feel real. The process has been so exhausting, I just want it to be over quickly. Other people have quiet weddings, but people keep saying, ‘Why is yours so loud?’”
Born in 1984, Kim Ji-min is nine years younger than her new husband, Kim Jun-ho, born in 1975. The couple first met as colleagues in the comedy circuit and confirmed their relationship publicly in 2022. In November 2023, fans were moved by Jun-ho’s televised proposal on My Little Old Boy, where his sincerity touched hearts nationwide.
