In response, Kim Jong-kook said he also received messages asking him to lend money. When Lee Sang-min asked, “Have you never been scammed?”, Kim Jong-kook surprised everyone as he replied, “Many times”.

Kim Jong-kook then shared, “Despite a hundred warnings here and there, I didn’t get swayed. But when people around me said I should invest, I seriously considered it and invested. I invested several billion won. I thought it was okay to do so but it turned out that it wasn’t a good idea at all. After that experience, I decided not to care about money that is not earned through hard work”.

Choi Jin-hyuk reflected on himself, saying “I think I’ve been relieving stress by spending money”. Watching the conversation from the studio, MC Ahn Young-mi commented, “I feel like I’m watching my husband talking”, adding “My husband gets rid of stress by buying small things because they’re kinda cheap. At one point, packages just piled up in front of my house. The point is he doesn’t open all of them and some are still left unopened with full tags”.
