The high-end property made headlines in April not only for its price tag but also because it was reportedly purchased in full cash, with no mortgage registered. Apelbaum villas are known for attracting celebrities and affluent buyers due to their luxurious townhouse-style design and privacy.
Although Kim Jong-kook remains unmarried at 49, his recent comments and real estate purchase have fueled renewed speculation about his personal life — and raised hopes among fans that wedding bells might not be too far off.
