On August 23, Kim Heechul posted on his social media, “Were you surprised when Donghae talked nonsense today? Lee Donghae, I’m going to sue you,” along with a photo of a mock legal document.

The document, labeled “Complaint,” listed “Plaintiff: Kim Heechul” and “Defendant: Lee Donghae.” Adding to the humor, he wrote the attorney’s name as “Law Firm Universe Superstar Entertainment.” Under the section for relationship to the accused, he cheekily stated: “No family relation. Same idol group member. Former sworn brother.”

This comes after an earlier incident on August 2, when Donghae posted an embarrassing photo of Kim Heechul online. At the time, Heechul had responded, “I’m not joking, I talked to my lawyer. I’ll upload the complaint soon.”

True to his word, Heechul created and shared the mock document, adding fuel to their humorous back-and-forth. Unfazed, Donghae later posted a concert screen capture that appeared as if Heechul was grabbing his head, jokingly captioning it “soul extraction.”

Heechul replied in kind: “Should I actually grab your head tomorrow?” —once again showcasing the duo’s bickering chemistry that fans adore.

Meanwhile, Super Junior is currently holding their 20th anniversary concert, “SUPER SHOW 10,” at KSPO Dome in Seoul from August 22 to 24. The group continues to draw strong support from fans, marking two decades of iconic performances, music, and unforgettable group dynamics—like the Heechul and Donghae “lawsuit” saga.
