Appearing on the YouTube channel “Ililchil” on October 16, Kim Go Eun joined Stray Kids’ Felix for an episode of “Felix’s Cold Interview”. When the topic of food came up, she smiled and admitted,

“I really love food.”

Felix asked if she managed her meals carefully like many celebrities, to which Kim responded,

“No. If I eat a full bowl of rice and feel like I’ve gained weight, I just cut it to half a bowl. I’m not good at dieting. Honestly, when I diet, I ask myself, ‘Why am I even living?’ It makes me sad.”

Despite being praised for her figure, Kim Go Eun expressed admiration for people who maintain disciplined diets:

“People who can stick to strict diets are so professional. I always end up reflecting on myself when I see that. But I just can’t do it.”

Felix reassured her, saying,

“You really don’t need to. You look very thin already,” expressing concern for her well-being.

Kim also shared that her face swells easily, especially around the eyes and nose, which can become very noticeable on camera.

“Even if the swelling is minor, the camera exaggerates it. Sometimes the director will say, ‘Hold on,’ and I’ll go for a quick run to reduce it.”

The 34-year-old actress most recently starred in the Netflix K-drama You and Everything Else, released in September. She is now gearing up for the premiere of her next project, “The Price of Confession”.

Known for her roles in “Goblin”, “Little Women”, and “Tune In for Love”, Kim Go Eun continues to shine as one of Korea’s most authentic and beloved actresses proving that beauty can come from confidence, not just control.
