Kanye West “set the stage on fire” with a 150-minute set, driving NewJeans and CL wild with excitement!

On August 23 at 8 PM, Kanye West (YE) held the ‘Ye x Ty Dolla Sign Vultures Listening Experience’ at the Goyang Sports Complex. This was his first visit to Korea since the hip-hop festival ‘Summer Week&Ti’ at Naksan Beach in 2010, drawing significant attention.

Notably, during an event initially planned as a listening party, Kanye West took the mic and performed 76 songs consecutively for 2 hours and 30 minutes, astonishing not only Korean fans but also global audiences. This marked his first live performance since July 2022.

Kanye West actively engaged with fans, repeatedly shouting “Korea, I love you,” and the audience responded with enthusiastic sing-alongs, creating a lively atmosphere.

K-pop stars in attendance also showed their support. Among them were NewJeans members Minji, Hanni, and Danielle, although minors Haerin and Hyein could not attend due to the age restriction. Other attendees included former 2NE1 member CL, Gong Min-ji, singer Jeon So-mi, Lil Boi, Big Natti, Zion.T, and Paloalto.

After the show, Jeon So-mi and Lil Boi posted videos on social media, dancing energetically to the music, while Paloalto expressed his excitement, saying, “Today was truly amazing. Those who didn’t come should check the reviews and regret it.”

Meanwhile, Kanye West, known for both his musical talent and controversies, is also gaining global acclaim for his clothing brand Yeezy. However, recent reports of his involvement in the adult film industry have added to the ongoing controversies surrounding him.
