JYP Entertainment has achieved a record-breaking financial performance, with its net profit soaring by 2,734.4% year-on-year, drawing global attention to its sustainable growth and forward-thinking management.
According to the company’s Q2 2025 earnings report, JYP recorded a net profit of 36.3 billion KRW, marking a 2,700% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue climbed to 215.8 billion KRW (+125.5%), while operating profit reached 52.9 billion KRW (+466.3%), underscoring its strongest growth since inception.
During a recent appearance on MBC’s Radio Star, Park Jin-young, JYP’s founder and CEO, credited the agency’s success to its artists’ dedication.
He shared that the previous headquarters owed much of its success to Rain and Wonder Girls, while the new headquarters in Seongnae-dong was made possible thanks to the achievements of Stray Kids and TWICE.

Park Jin-young added that the building’s design was intentional — constructed to be “as thin as possible” so that “every employee could work under sunlight.” His words touched viewers, highlighting his emphasis on employee well-being and harmony with nature.
In November 2024, TIME Magazine and Statista jointly listed JYP Entertainment as one of the “World’s Best Sustainable Growth Companies 2025,” ranking 3rd globally and 1st in South Korea.
According to Statista’s report, “*JYP achieved exceptional scores in sustainability and ranks among the top 5% of companies worldwide in carbon emission reduction.*”
This recognition reflects not only the company’s profitability but also its commitment to environmental responsibility and long-term corporate ethics.

Beyond business achievements, Park Jin-young was recently appointed Co-Chair of the Presidential Committee for Cultural Exchange, a move widely praised by the public.
When asked about his political stance, he stated, “*I am neither progressive nor conservative — I am simply Park Jin-young.*”
The remark drew positive responses online, with netizens commenting: “A wise and balanced leader,” and “He embodies what good management looks like.”
With its groundbreaking financial success, eco-conscious corporate philosophy, and growing global influence, JYP Entertainment continues to set new standards for K-pop’s business model.
