JYP Entertainment founder J.Y. Park will appear on the July 25 episode of MBC’s variety show The Manager (Omniscient Interfering View). During the episode, J.Y. Park showcases the disciplined routine he has maintained for more than two decades in pursuit of his goal of remaining an active dance singer well into his 60s.

His day begins with an organic breakfast consisting of healthy oils, seasonal fruit, Greek yogurt, and a glass of deep ocean water. He then studies English vocabulary using his own memorization techniques before heading to his home gym.

His workout includes warm-ups, stretching, weight training, and cooldown exercises, followed by piano practice and vocal training. The show’s panelists are reportedly amazed by the 55-year-old entertainer’s muscular physique and youthful appearance.

J.Y. Park also surprises viewers by revealing that he neither undergoes cosmetic dermatology procedures nor even regular health checkups. Asked about the secret to maintaining his youthful look, he explains that he studies human skeletal structure to improve body alignment and performs facial muscle exercises to help maintain his skin and hair.

He even recreates the facial exercise that was inspired by comedian Yoo Se Yoon’s famous “proboscis monkey” impression. In addition, he shares the benefits of wearing toe socks and emphasizes the importance of proper posture.

Despite his famously disciplined lifestyle, J.Y. Park admits there’s one thing that instantly softens him his two daughters. The producer reveals that becoming a father completely changed his life. He starts each day by hugging his six- and seven-year-old daughters and has even written a song dedicated to them. He proudly says that both girls resemble him, inheriting his long limbs as well as a natural talent for singing and dancing.

Speaking proudly about his daughters, J.Y. Park joked that “there is no better job than being a singer.” He then playfully revealed his dream of forming a future girl group featuring his daughters alongside the daughters of celebrity couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee, as well as broadcaster Boom’s daughter. His unexpected idea drew laughter from everyone in the studio.

J.Y. Park is also preparing for his musical comeback with the release of his new digital single “WET” on July 23. The track marks his first summer song in approximately six years since “When We Disco,” his 2020 duet with Sunmi. It has also been selected as the official theme song for Waterbomb 2026, one of South Korea’s biggest summer music festivals.
