On July 3, BTS member Jungkook surprised fans by publicly supporting RESCENE member Minami, sharing her cover performance on his Instagram Story.
Jungkook uploaded a link to Minami’s performance from the YouTube channel It’s Live, adding the simple caption, “Yaho,” along with a thumbs-up emoji to show his appreciation.
The featured video showcases Minami performing Jungkook’s solo song “Still With You,” highlighting her emotional vocals and unique interpretation of the fan-favorite track. Jungkook’s decision to personally share the performance quickly caught the attention of fans online, with many describing it as a meaningful shoutout from the global superstar.
Minami and her group RESCENE have recently gained widespread attention thanks to the viral “Geoje Yaho” meme. The trend originated from Minami’s “Yaho” content inspired by Japanese gyaru culture and rapidly spread across short-form video platforms. The group’s growing popularity even led to RESCENE being appointed as promotional ambassadors for Geoje City.

This isn’t the first time BTS members have referenced Minami’s viral catchphrase. During the group’s “ARIRANG” world tour concert in Busan on June 13, V, Jin, and Jungkook playfully recreated Minami’s signature “Yaho” moment on stage, delighting fans.
The interaction attracted even more attention because Minami has previously revealed that she was a devoted ARMY for around 11 years before making her debut as an idol.
Meanwhile, BTS officially kicked off the European leg of their world tour with concerts in Madrid, Spain, on June 26 and 27, continuing their global schedule.
