On December 10, Channel “Hyoyeon’s Level Up” uploaded a video titled “Day Drinking With My Friend Kyung-ho… ‘Bapsayo 2’ Jung Kyung-ho Episode.” The show is hosted by Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, who is also a longtime friend and groupmate of Sooyoung Jung Kyung-ho’s partner of 13 years.

During the episode, Hyoyeon shared a tip from a mutual acquaintance who claimed Jung Kyung-ho “takes good care of people but is terrible at recognizing faces.” The actor immediately protested, insisting the claim was exaggerated.

However, when Hyoyeon presented him with a quiz featuring photos of familiar celebrities, the embarrassing truth quickly surfaced Jung Kyung-ho couldn’t recognize Ahn Eun-jin, his former co-star.

Ahn Eun-jin, adored for her cheerful charm and fuller cheeks in Hospital Playlist, recently garnered attention for her dramatic weight loss and refreshed visuals. She is currently starring as the lead in SBS’s hit romance drama Dynamite Kiss.

When her updated photo appeared on screen, Jung Kyung-ho froze, sweating as he tried to explain himself.

“This could be disrespectful… It’s not that I don’t know who she is,” he stammered. But when Hyoyeon identified her instantly, Jung Kyung-ho jokingly stood up and said, “That’s not the Ahn Eun-jin I know. What are you talking about?”

He continued to defend himself, saying, “I don’t know this Eun-jin. The Eun-jin I know is different.” Moments later, another glamorous photo of the actress appeared, prompting him to quickly add, “Our Eun-jin is so pretty,” earning more laughs from the crew.

Jung Kyung-ho has been openly dating Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung since 2012, making them one of Korea’s longest-lasting celebrity couples. His appearance on Hyoyeon’s channel naturally drew even more attention due to the close friendship within the group.
