Colony follows survivors trapped inside a quarantined building during a mysterious infectious outbreak, where infected individuals evolve into increasingly unpredictable forms.

The film held its world premiere at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, the festival’s main screening venue.

According to reports, the audience responded enthusiastically after the screening, giving the cast and director approximately five minutes of standing ovation applause.
