Jiyeon expresses desire to return to activities: “There are times I can’t do things I want to”

Actress and former T-ara member Jiyeon expressed her desire to come back from her hiatus.

On May 4th, Jiyeon did a Q&A with fans on her Instagram story, where one fan asked, “Do you have any plans for activities? We miss you.” Jiyeon replied, “I also miss you so much…but there are no concrete plans yet…I want to do it quickly too.“

Another fan encouraged her, saying, “I just want you to be happy. It would be great if you could resume activities, but I can wait for you to be satisfied even if it takes some time. So don’t rush.” Jiyeon responded, “I’m not taking a break because I don’t want to do (activities)…I have times when I can’t do things I want to do. I’m trying not to be impatient and accept this phase. Thank you for saying that.”

Another fan said, “Today, seeing everyone talking about memories and looking at old photos, I wanted to let you know that you are always in my heart.” Jiyeon replied, “I’m also feeling sentimental after taking a trip down memory lane. Thank you for your kind words. We need to move forward without dwelling on the past!! I’ll keep fighting.“

Meanwhile, Jiyeon got married to baseball player Hwang Jae Gyun on December 10th last year. She also starred in the movie “Gangnam Zombie”, which was released on January 5th. The film depicts the struggle of people risking their lives to survive in Gangnam, which has become the center of chaos due to people showing inexplicable symptoms.
