On January 19, a video titled “Ahn Bo-hyun Soju Interview’”was released on the YouTube channel “Geean84”. Here, actors Ahn Bo-hyun and Lee Si-eon appeared as guests.
In the video, comedian Ki Eun-se presents Ahn Bo-hyun with a trophy for winning the Best Actor Award at the “Ki Eun-se Awards”. Ki Eun-se then joked, “You won the Best Actor Award without even appearing once.”
In response, Ahn Bo-hyun humorously commented on winning the Best Actor award, saying, “I’ve never won anything like this before. If it helps me in the future, please call me anytime. I can’t believe I won the Best Actor award.”
Ki Eun-se jokingly warned Ahn Bo-hyun, saying, “This could be the first and last awards ceremony for you. Don’t throw away the trophy when you go.” Meanwhile, Lee Si-eon, who was watching, congratulated Ahn Bo-hyun, saying, “I envy you.”
As the drinking session progressed, Ki Eun-se asked Ahn Bo-hyun, “Do you dream of continuing as an actor in the future, or do you dream of getting married and starting a family? What is the most important value for you?”
To this, Ahn Bo-hyun replied, “Absolutely, my first priority is family, and the second is work (acting). Acting is so much fun.” The actor also expressed his desire to continue his acting career even as he ages.
Later on, when Ki Eun-se asked, “Is there anything other than work-related things?”, Ahn Bo-hyun revealed, “When I was young, I used to say ‘I should get married at 29’ a lot. But that ship has sailed, and there was a time when my dream was to be a ‘happy dad not chased by money’, but (now) that dream is gone as well.”
Finally, regarding the question, “Do you want to get married?” Ahn Bo-hyun answered, “I don’t really want to.”
However, he also added, “Nevertheless, when I see people like Si-eon hyung who are happily married, I feel like I want to get married too.”
