In a pre-show interview released by the production team of Superseller: Incentive Game, Kim Ji-yoon addressed the inevitable comparison to her superstar sibling. When asked if she felt pressured, she confidently replied, “No, because I really am her sister. I was simply born this way, so there’s nothing I can do about it. I think my younger sister will actually be supportive. Jisoo is a ‘T’ (in MBTI terms), so she’ll probably just say, ‘Go for it and do your best.’”
Recently, Kim Ji-yoon announced on her channel: “I finally have good news to share! On August 26, I’ll be making my first attempt on the Grip live commerce platform as part of the Superseller program!”
She continued, “I can finally tell you why I’ve been studying so hard. I’m so grateful to the many people around me who gave me confidence and good advice. I’ll do my best to show a good side of myself, so please cheer for me as I take on my first challenge as a super seller. Let’s go for first place!!!”
Kim Ji-yoon also shared her career background and ambitions. She previously worked as a flight attendant at Korean Air and as a telecom company consultant, where she even earned a top award for her kindness. Now boasting 540,000 followers as an influencer, she expressed her determination to grow further as a seller: “Sometimes beginners suddenly excel more than veterans. I’m also very competitive, so I’ll aim for first place and give it my all.”

Kim Ji-yoon previously gained attention in 2019 when she appeared on KBS2’s Trio’s Childcare Challenge, where she made headlines for her resemblance to actress Han Hyo-joo. As the sister of a world-class idol like Jisoo, Kim Ji-yoon continues to draw public interest.
Superseller: Incentive Game is Korea’s first-ever survival show centered around sellers. It is set to premiere in October, marking Kim Ji-yoon’s first foray into the broadcast industry under her own name, separate from her sister’s fame.
