BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has been revealed as one of the new homeowners at L’ARBRE 27, an ultra-exclusive luxury residential development in Seoul. The high-end complex consists of just 27 units and is currently under construction.
Located in a prime district, L’ARBRE 27 comprises two buildings spanning five floors below ground and seven above, offering what developers describe as a blend of luxury convenience with the privacy of detached housing.
According to reports, the penthouse units are priced at a staggering ₩45 billion KRW (approximately $31.6 million USD), while standard units start at around ₩20 billion KRW (approximately $14 million USD).
Jisoo isn’t the only high-profile figure moving in Bang Si Hyuk, founder of HYBE, is also set to reside in the same exclusive development.
Following the news, an online post questioning BLACKPINK’s earnings drew mixed reactions. While some were surprised at the scale of Jisoo’s wealth, most netizens came to her defense, highlighting her global influence and successful ventures in both music and acting.
