On September 4, rumors spread rapidly online claiming Jing had secretly registered her marriage with an unnamed male co-star on August 29, shortly after allegedly falling in love while filming the 2023 drama The Legend of Zhuohua. The rumor stirred major interest among fans and gossip outlets alike.

However, Jing Tian’s studio swiftly issued a statement, firmly denying the reports: “This information is fabricated. Jing Tian is not married. She is single. Please stop spreading false rumors.” The team stressed that legal action may follow if false claims continue to circulate.
Confusion grew in part because actor Feng Shaofeng, who had been linked to Jing Tian due to their work together, was spotted with a different woman, reportedly his 19-years-younger girlfriend Chu Lanjia. The two were photographed in June dining with actor Aarif Rahman (Li Zhiting) and Gao Huayang, casting further doubt on the speculation surrounding Jing.

Born in 1988, Jing Tian is renowned for both her visual elegance and acting resume, earning her the nickname “No.1 Beauty of Beijing.” She has starred in a range of dramas including Legend of Ban Shu, The Glory of Tang Dynasty, and Rattan, as well as in global productions like Pacific Rim: Uprising and Kong: Skull Island.
Her personal life, however, hasn’t been without turmoil. Jing previously dated Olympic table tennis champion Zhang Jike. In 2020, their relationship made headlines after Zhang was accused of using Jing’s private videos and images to settle gambling debts — a scandal that deeply affected her mental health and led to a temporary hiatus from acting.
