On August 23rd, Jeon Somi appeared as a guest on the first episode of “Do you want to eat ramen?” hosted by Lee Daehwi on the “Idol Rush” channel.
During the episode, Lee Daehwi told Jeon Somi “You’ve been flirting a lot lately, haven’t you?“, bringing up the topic of flirting.
Jeon Somi expressed her frustration, “It’s the other people who misunderstand. I’m just being kind, but they mistake it for flirting.”
She added, “Recently, while driving alone, I thought about why people on some shows say things like, ‘You’re a flirting master, you must flirt a lot.’ I realized that the answer is, ‘No, I’m just always kind, and it’s the other person who misinterprets it as flirting.’“
Lee Daehwi agreed, saying, “That’s right. Even the producers who’ve worked with you have always said, ‘Somi is so bright on set and consistent.’ Your biggest strength and personality trait seem to be how you continuously care for those you’ve formed connections with.”
Jeon Somi explained, “If I really wanted to flirt, I would have done it subtly.”
Jeon Somi and Lee Daehwi have known each other since middle school, as Jeon Somi once shared on a radio show, showcasing their long-standing friendship.
Meanwhile, the instant chat show “Do you want to eat ramen?” with host Lee Daehwi and his ramen buddies airs new episodes every Friday at 10 PM.
