Jeon So-min’s new drama “Cleaning Up” starts off well with good responses from the viewers 

JTBC’s new drama “Cleaning Up” is receiving favorable reviews.

JTBC’s drama “Cleaning Up”, which aired the first episode on June 4th, contains the story of Eo Yong-mi (Yum Jung-ah), a cleaner at a financial company who lives a miserable life under the pressure of gambling debts, persuading Ahn In-kyung (Jeon So-min), her fellow cleaner and close sister, to join the “stock war”.

According to the rating research company Nielsen Korea, the first episode of “Cleaning Up” achieved a nationwide rating of 2.7%. Netizens who watched the broadcast gave positive reactions, such as “Jeon So-min and Yum Jung-ah are so pretty”, “It’s more interesting than the original British series”, “It’s quite calm but interesting”, etc.

Meanwhile, “Cleaning Up”, starring Yum Jung-ah, Jeon So-min and Kim Jae-hwa, is a drama that centers around three service cleaners at a securities company who jump into insider trading after accidentally overhearing some information. It is based on the original series of the same name aired on ITV in the U.K in 2019.
