On March 8th, luxury skincare brand La Mer released a new promotional video for its moisturizing soft cream campaign collaborating with actress Jeon Ji-hyun.
Starring Jeon Ji-hyun, the CF this time is La Mer’s “Beyond the Surface” campaign produced by Oscar-winning French directors Gondry Brothers (Michel Gondry and Olivier Gondry).
Using fantasy elements and montage techniques, the CF shows 7 versions of Jeon Ji-hyun as female characters. Through her appearances, the video was directed in a way that viewers could feel her inner vitality and youthful beauty.
In the released campaign advertisement, Jeon Ji-hyun sands in the middle of an endless journey towards youth, confronting herself, gaining strength from a new leap forward, and listening to her inner voice to discover infinite possibilities within herself.
In addition, Jeon Ji-hyun also attended an event in Shanghai for this campaign. Visiting China for the first time since she was announced as the brand’s ambassador, the actress met and talked with various officials, drawing attention with her sociable appearance.
