Recently, whiskey brand Jim Beam released a video titled “Ready to Enjoy Jim Beam Together?” on its official YouTube channel, drawing attention for its unique concept. The project was created as an integrated advertising campaign that connects multiple brands from different industries through one central figure Jang Wonyoung.

The campaign stands out because it brings together brands that the idol currently represents as a model, spanning a wide range of industries including finance, beauty, fashion, and electronics. Participating brands include Woori Bank (finance), Amuse (beauty), Medicube (beauty device), Eider (outdoor apparel), Dashing Diva (nails), Tommy Jeans (clothing), Dyson (home appliances), and Kérastase (hair), along with Jim Beam itself. In total, nine brands joined the collaborative campaign.

The campaign consists of ten videos released under the same title, with each brand presenting its own version of the content. These videos were released sequentially, attracting considerable attention online for their creative marketing approach.

Netizens responded enthusiastically, leaving comments such as “How did they even come up with this idea?” and “This is so creative.” Many also praised Jang Wonyoung, noting how naturally she fits with every brand she represents. Some were surprised by the scale of her advertising portfolio, while others found the concept of multiple brands collaborating within one campaign particularly fascinating.

The campaign has also sparked buzz on online communities thanks to outdoor advertisements that place logos of the brands she endorses on both sides of Jang Wonyoung’s image. Because so many brands are connected through her as a common link, some fans jokingly referred to the phenomenon as the “Jang Wonyoung ETF,” comparing her brand power to a diversified investment portfolio.

Meanwhile, Jang Wonyoung previously made headlines when it was revealed that she purchased a luxury villa in Hannam-dong worth approximately 13.7 billion won in cash in March of last year. The residence was reportedly bought for her family to live in together.

As for her music career, Jang Wonyoung is currently promoting with her group IVE. The group released their second full-length album “REVIVE+” on February 23 and is continuing promotions with the double title track “BLACKHOLE.”
