Jang Dong Gun is confirmed to return in the upcoming season 2 of “Arthdal Chronicles.”
As reported by News1 on April 20th, Jang Dong Gun has confirmed his appearance in tvN’s “Arthdal Chronicles” season 2. “Arthdal Chronicles” is an ancient historical fantasy drama about the birth of civilization and nations in ancient times that was attempted for the first time in Korea. Like season 1, season 2 of “Arthdal Chronicles” will be set in the fictional land of Arth and depict the struggles, unity, and love of mythical heroes that live there.

Season 1’s director Kim Won Seok will not be returning as director Kim Kwang Sik of the film “The Great Battle” will take over.
