IZ*ONE member & actress Kang Hye-won revealed her thoughts before wrapping up her journey with “Boyhood”

Kang Hye-won appeared in Coupang Play’s series “Boyhood”, which will air the final episode on December 22nd, as Kang Seon-hwa, who captivates the hearts of male students at Buyeo High School with her beauty, and impressed viewers with her delicate acting skills as well as outstanding visual.

In a recent interview ahead of “Boyhood” last broadcast, Kang Hye-won confessed, “It is a little sad that the drama is about to end, but I think I’m more grateful because many people enjoyed it. Thank you for being with ‘Boyhood’ all this time”, adding “As much as the good feedback I received through this project, I will work even harder in the future”.

When asked about how she portrayed her character Kang Seon-hwa, the actress said, “I tried my best to highlight Kang Seon-hwa’s charms and make her look more attractive”. She added, “I used to be nervous every time I went to the set, but I was able to enjoy the filming process this time thanks to Seon-hwa”.

Lastly, Kang Hye-won sent a message to fans who loved “Boyhood” and her character, “I think Seon-hwa gained a lot of attention, whether people liked her or hated her. Thank you so much for showing interest in me”, adding “I will work harder to show better sides as actress Kang Hye-won”.
