The agency announced a ban on visiting private spaces and prohibiting live on-site broadcasting when IU is moving for overseas schedules. It also bans the act of coming close to the artist to a certain distance.

In addition, acts of not following the guidance of on-site staff and bodyguards, leaving the designated area to enter the prohibited area (waiting room, parking lot, etc.), excessive disputes with other artists’ fans, abusive language/violation against on-site staff and bodyguards, impersonation of others for fan activities, photographing or recording outside of permitted space, buying and selling personal information of the artist, buying and selling aviation information such as flights and seats when IU enters and leaves the country, interfering with artist-related work. The company also said it would prohibit any other acts that do not comply with requests for cooperation.
The agency added, “If any fan violates the fan etiquette, we can impose official sanctions online and offline and also award penalties.“
