ITZY Ryujin reveals massage tips to relieve anger on “Knowing Bros”, “You did that in front of JYP?”
ITZY member Ryujin demonstrated the massage technique she uses when feeling angry.
The August 5th broadcast of JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” featured the guest appearance of the girl group ITZY, who recently made their comeback with the new album “KILL MY DOUBT”.
That day, Yeji said she met Lee Soo Geun outside of the Brothers School, saying “He’s a good neighbor”, adding “Since you were carrying a sports bag, I thought you were a middle school student”, drawing laughter.
Yuna also revealed that she met Lee Soo Geun in her neighborhood. She teased Lee Soo Geun, saying “I was in a car and I saw a small person carrying a bag that was as big as his body”, mentioning the bag again.
Ryujin was chosen as the member who gets angry easily. The female singer confessed, “I have something to tell Jang Hoon, who also gets angry very often”, adding “People say getting angry blocks your energy from flowing properly. You need to let the energy go through your body”. Ryujin then introduced a massage technique that works well whenever she feels angry.
When asked when she used this massage technique most recently, Ryujin replied, “I use it in my social life. Sometimes I don’t understand or agree with things people say. But if I have to listen to such things, I would do this”. Hearing that, Seo Jang Hoon wondered, “You did that in front of your agency’s CEO JYP?”. Ryujin immediately reacted, “No?”, making everyone laugh.
Kang Ho Dong said, “Chaeryeong keeps appearing in my Internet algorithm results”, and then mentioned “Pringles binge eating”, which recently became a hot topic on web programs. ITZY members then talked about how they binge eat.
Ryujin surprised everyone when she shared, “I had a cup of noodles, canned fruit, and then another noodle cup for dinner. I even ate a bowl of cereal even though I know I shouldn’t do it… My hunger burst since I had held myself from eating for the whole day”.
Yuna continued, “I really like bread so I often buy ciabatta or bread to eat in the morning”, adding “I also eat it before going to bed”.
On the broadcast, “Knowing Bros” cast and ITZY also discussed what they can do easily. ITZY members said, “Doing overseas tour is a piece of cake”, drawing attention as the members revealed that they completed their overseas concert tour in 8 months.
