On March 14th, OSEN released the contents of the interview with Kim Hieora, an actress who appeared in Netflix’s “The Glory”.
Kim Hieora played Lee Sa Ra, a drug-addicted painter who is the daughter of a pastor of a large church.
She drew admiration by perfectly digesting the role of a drug addict, such as hollow eyes and rambling way of speaking.
In particular, she was caught in the trap of Song Hye Kyo (as Moon Dong Eun) and frankly showed the appearance of taking drugs in front of church members.
In that process, Kim Hieora attracted attention by making eye contact with a snake that popped out of the mural. However, she surprised everyone as she revealed that it was a real snake, not CG.
Kim Hieora said, “During a break, the director asked me if there were any parts in the script that were inconvenient and difficult, and encouraged me to express my ideas.“
She recalled, “I was very nervous at first, but I got excited as soon as the shoot started. My co-stars also encouraged me, so I really wanted to do well.“
Kim Hieora smilingly shared, “In fact, the scene was shot with a real snake, not CG. I acted with a snake that has been trained professionally and filmed many dramas before. It was very interesting.“
