On May 28, Jeon Somi posted a photo on her social media account along with the message, “Today is the real final music show for ‘Suddenly.’ Thank you for loving ‘Suddenly.’ I love you all.”

The photo featured the I.O.I members taking a group selfie together in their dressing room after completing their final music show appearance.

Wearing their stage outfits, the members drew attention with their exaggerated tearful expressions as they playfully mourned the end of promotions.

In particular, Jeon Somi posed with her fists clenched and a face that looked as though she might burst into tears at any moment. Chungha and Choi Yoojung also pretended to cry by pouting and pointing at their eyes.

Meanwhile, Kim Sejeong and Lim Nayoung each expressed their disappointment through their own poses, while Jung Chaeyeon held a tissue to her face as if wiping away tears over the promotions ending.

Kim Sohye appeared emotional as well, with slightly reddened eyes adding to the sentimental atmosphere. On the other hand, Kim Doyeon stood out by flashing a bright smile, creating a humorous contrast that amused fans.

Alongside the photo, Jeon Somi repeatedly expressed her affection by writing, “I love you,” before adding, “I’ll remember this for the rest of my life,” showcasing her deep attachment to the group and their reunion activities.

Fans who saw the post also shared emotional reactions, leaving comments such as “Please become a forever group,” “Everyone is crying,” “We’ll wait for the day you return,” “Let’s come back every year if possible,” and “Doyeon is the only one smiling.”

I.O.I released “Suddenly” on May 19, marking their first full-group comeback in nearly 10 years. Since its release, the song has remained near the top of major music charts and even earned nominations for first place on music programs, proving the group’s enduring popularity.

The reunion activities are far from over, however. From May 29 to 31, I.O.I will kick off their “2026 I.O.I Concert Tour: LOOP” at Jamsil Arena in Seoul.

Following the Seoul concerts, the group is scheduled to visit major Asian cities including Bangkok and Hong Kong, where they will reunite with fans across the region.
