Secret Number's Soodam apologized to fans on her 4th debut anniversary after being spotted with a man on the baseball broadcast screen
On May 19th, Soodam said, “I’m sorry for surprising you on such a happy day as the 4th debut anniversary. He’s a friend I’ve known since high school. It’s definitely not a relationship that Lockey (fandom name) are misunderstanding.”
She continued, “I’m sorry for creating a situation that could easily be misunderstood. More than whether I’m with a friend or not, I feel like my actions disappointed Lockey, and I’m reflecting on that.”
Soodam added, “I should have been more careful in my actions. I’m sorry for not considering Lockey’s feelings more. I’ll be more careful and work harder in the future to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”
Earlier, Soodam was spotted with a man at the Doosan vs. Lotte game of the 2024 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO League held at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on May 19th.
There were speculations that Soodam might have been on a date with a boyfriend, and the fact that it was Secret Number’s 4th debut anniversary added to the criticism that she was deceiving her fans.
However, Soodam clarified that the man she was with was not her boyfriend but a male friend she had known since high school, which seemed to put an end to the controversy.
