“I sat there wearing no underwear” Choi Jun Hee’s maternal grandmother made additional claims
Jeong Ok Sook, the late actress Choi Jin Sil’s mother and Choi Jun Hee’s maternal grandmother, made additional claims.
On July 12th, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho revealed the content of the phone call with Jeong.
Jeong refuted her granddaughter Choi Jun Hee’s claim that “she was arrested for assaulting a police officer“.
Jeong recalled, “(Jun Hee) came in out of nowhere, looked around the house, shouted ‘Get out of here’ and said, ‘You’re just a stranger. Why did you come to my house without permission?’“
She continued, “When I said ‘I can’t get out’, she left the door open, went back and forth in her brother’s room then went out. I thought she was leaving, so I sighed and sat there.“
She added, “After a while, I heard the door open. A police officer came in and said, ‘I came after receiving a report. Please get out of here.’ They said they received a report of housebreaking. I sat there wearing no underwear, and they didn’t even let me wear clothes. When I said ‘What time is it that you ask me to leave? I can’t’, Choi Jun Hee’s boyfriend told me, ‘You have no rights. You’re not her family member, not her relative, you’re just a stranger. Get out of here.’“
When Jeong asked Choi Jun Hee’s boyfriend “Who are you to intervene in someone else’s family and tell me what to do?“, Choi Jun Hee’s boyfriend replied, “I came on behalf of Choi Jun Hee.“
Jeong shared, “The police officer suddenly grabbed my arms from both sides and dragged me out.” When Lee Jin Ho said “Jun Hee said that you were arrested for hitting and pushing the police officer“, Jeong claimed, “I couldn’t eat and had no energy these days, and I couldn’t even lift a finger because I worked at Hwan Hee’s house for 2 days. I struggled when I was grabbed from both sides.“
Jeong, who went to the police station, explained, “When I asked them about the charges, they said domestic violence and trespassing. When I asked what kind of violence I committed, they said it was domestic violence since I cursed. When I asked what kind of housebreaking it was, they said I didn’t get permission from Choi Jun Hee.”
Hearing about the situation later, Jeong’s grandson Choi Hwan Hee reportedly shed tears.
Jeong confessed, “They asked if I would appoint a lawyer. I said no. I have no money and I don’t know what kind of crime I committed.”
Earlier on July 7th, Jeong was reported by Choi Jun Hee while staying at Choi Hwan Hee’s apartment in Seocho-gu, Seoul. This apartment is a legacy that Choi Jin Sil left to her children, and is jointly owned by Choi Hwan Hee and Choi Jun Hee.
Jeong lived together in the house until last year as her grandchildren’s guardian then moved out. Currently, Choi Hwan Hee lives alone in this apartment, while Choi Jun Hee lives separately in an officetel.
