Witnesses of Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung, who are dating publicly, dating in Thailand are drawing attention
On March 11th, Taiwanese media ETtoday reported that Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung traveled to Bangkok, Thailand together.
In Bangkok, the two confidently held each other hands tightly and walked around the streets. Yong Jun-hyung wore a short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts, while his girlfriend Hyuna wore a flower-patterned dress. In a photo, Hyuna naturally put her hand on Yong Jun-hyung’s shoulder, showing off their romance.
Adding a short video, the netizen who witnessed the two together shared, “I happened to see Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung. I couldn’t ask for a picture because I was so nervous.”
Earlier in January, Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung publicized their romantic relationship by suddenly releasing a photo of them walking hand in hand. Hyuna tagged the Instagram account of Yong Jun-hyung and acknowledged their love by pressing Like on a fan’s comment supporting their relationship. Yong Jun-hyung later confessed to his fans that he was dating through a fan communication platform.
Hyuna and Yong Jung-hyung worked together under the same company, CUBE Entertainment, when they were still active as members of 4Minute and BEAST (currently HIGHLIGHT). Yong Jun-hyung featured in Hyuna’s solo song “Change” in 2010 and the two often mentioned their friendship on entertainment programs.
Hyuna reportedly started dating Yong Jun-hyung a year and two months after breaking up with her ex-lover Dawn after six years of dating. After revealing her relationship with Yong Jun-hyung, fans of the female singer showed negative reactions, pointing out Yong Jun-hyung’s past controversies.
Yong Jung-hyung left HIGHLIGHT in 2019 due to the controversy over his involvement in the Jung Joon-young’s group chat scandal. After a long hiatus, he resumed activities by setting up the independent label “Black Made” in 2022.
Despite fans’ concerns, the two are dating happily and enjoying sweet dates.
