On September 21, Son Ye Jin appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel “Fairy Jae Hyung“, where she promoted director Park Chan Wook’s new film No Other Choice. During the interview, the actress—who is raising a three-year-old son with Hyun Bin—was asked how she balances work and motherhood. She admitted, “I have to work and also take care of my child. If I can’t multitask, something gets left behind. And because I’m a perfectionist, I keep living this busy lifestyle.”
When asked if Hyun Bin is the type to put pressure on her or insist on certain things at home, Son Ye Jin smiled and said, “One of my husband’s best qualities is that he never says, ‘I want you to do this,’ or ‘I wish you wouldn’t do that.’ He doesn’t put those kinds of expectations on me.” Host Jae Hyung responded warmly, noting, “He must be so kind. I can see the love in your eyes just from the way you talk about him.”
Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin tied the knot on March 31, 2022, and welcomed their son later that year on November 27.
