According to the real estate industry on March 4, Hyeri recently listed her building in Samseong-dong, Seoul, for 14.5 billion KRW (approximately $10 million).
The property spans two basement levels to six floors above ground. In August 2022, Hyeri purchased an aging multi-family home at the site under her family corporation, M4, for 7.75 billion KRW. She later demolished the old structure and rebuilt it into its current form.
Including additional transaction costs of 450 million KRW and approximately 2.5 billion KRW in construction expenses, the total investment is estimated at around 10.7 billion KRW.

If the building sells at the asking price, Hyeri is expected to secure an estimated profit of about 4 billion KRW in just four years. A real estate industry official noted that the building is within walking distance of Seonjeongneung Station – an interchange for Seoul Subway Line 9 and the Suin–Bundang Line as well as Gangnam-gu Office Station on Line 7. The area is often referred to as a “triple station area,” significantly boosting property value.
However, immediately, Hyeri’s agency, Sublime, stated, “The reports regarding Hyeri’s real estate sale are completely untrue.” They clarified, “The property in question has never been put on the market, and we have not even heard of the specific amounts mentioned in the articles.”
The agency added, “We express deep regret over the spread of unconfirmed information as if it were factual. We kindly request that everyone refrain from speculative reporting and the distribution of false information regarding this matter.”
Currently, Hyeri owns two buildings in Seoul, one in Samseong-dong and another in Yeoksam-dong. Of the two, the Samseong-dong property is now listed for sale. Known for her successful transition from idol group member to respected actress, Hyeri continues to demonstrate savvy investment moves alongside her entertainment career.
