HYBE rebuts ADOR’s counter-argument “External performance compensation is illegal, not common practice”

HYBE once again issued a rebuttal in response to the counter-argument from their subsidiary ADOR

On May 10th, HYBE stated officially, “CEO Min Hee-jin is presenting a ludicrous distortion, claiming that it is justified for highly capable ‘internal’ talents to receive performance compensation from ‘external’ sources.”

They countered, “If a flexible compensation system is necessary, the company should receive it then legitimately distribute it as incentives. CEO Min, who previously dismissed attempts at usurping management rights as mere ‘rumors’, is now shamelessly portraying illegal activities as ‘common practice’.”

HYBE mentioned conversations between ADOR’s management and CEO Min, stating, “It is evident that CEO Min is aware of the issue where the team leader benefits personally from the work done by the company’s employees.

They pointed out, “In February this year, when the team leader’s incentive was calculated as 0 won, HYBE’s HR team contacted ADOR and this was acknowledged by them as ‘common practice’, claiming they intended to improve it.” They also mentioned that no explanatory materials were submitted.

HYBE added that the audit conducted on May 9th was carried out in a non-coercive atmosphere. They explained, “The team leader expressed a willingness to cooperate and submitted the laptop kept at their residence.

HYBE expressed strong regret once again at CEO Min’s actions, leveraging a senior-level employee whose identity should be strictly protected. They emphasized, “We strongly urge CEO Min to recognize her own mistakes and exercise caution.”
