During a recent appearance on the radio show Hope Song at Noon with Kim Shin-young, Hwasa directly addressed comments about her “too skinny” look, reassuring listeners that her current condition is actually healthier than before.
As discussions about her weight loss continued, Hwasa calmly explained that appearances can be misleading.
She shared that although she may look thinner, her body composition has improved significantly. Compared to the past, when she described herself as “chubbier,” she now feels stronger and healthier overall.

In fact, she emphasized that she has more muscle than before, even proudly showing off her toned arms during the broadcast.
Hwasa also revealed a glimpse into her current routine, mentioning that she has been sticking to a simple diet especially enjoying sous-vide chicken breast.
Rather than framing it as a strict or stressful process, she described it as something she genuinely enjoys, hinting at a more balanced and sustainable approach to maintaining her physique.

Concerns about Hwasa’s weight aren’t new. Since her visible transformation, fans have repeatedly expressed worry about her health.
